When we bring to mind the idea of Welsh or Celtic jewellery design, we are so often, and unsurprisingly, drawn to very traditional imagery such as dragons, daffodils and Celtic knots.

Mari’s contemporary and conceptual approach to Welsh and Celtic design has a freshness to it, though her designs still maintain strong links to their Welsh origin and inspiration.


Inspired by the majesty of the Welsh landscape, and also by traditional crafts such as blanket weaving, Mari has created a new essence of what Celtic design can be in a new contemporary era.
