Words and paper have always played an enormous part in how I find and make my work.

In Pages, the jewellery resembles the lovingly thumbed leaves of beloved novels, poetry anthologies and books, their corners curled and softened from years of being pored over and loved.

Each piece is made individually by hand, not cast, so no two are quite alike. The 'pages' are cut from a large sheet of silver covered with my own words and drawings from my sketchbooks, giving every one its own pattern, then folded, with the corners painstakingly hand-curled, one by one, in my workshop in Llandeilo.
