Everything here is contemporary Welsh jewellery. Not Celtic knotwork, not a symbol borrowed from somewhere else, but the things I grew up among: the rugged Welsh landscape, the weave of a Welsh blanket (carthen), a line of Welsh poetry, a word that carries something a translation cannot.
Earrings run through every collection I have made. Studs small enough to stack, drops that move when you turn your head, hoops, and long ones that catch the light. The champagne rise of Bubbles, my hand-drawn pen and pencil lines in Decorative Concepts, a single clean line reminiscent of slate in Linear, the Caernarfon weave in Carthenni.
Most are sterling silver. Some are black silver, some rose or yellow gold, and a few carry pearls or diamonds.
I design every piece, and we make them in our Llandeilo workshop.
Much of my gold work is commissioned, made especially for one person. If you have something in your mind's eye, I would love to help you create it. Talk to me about a commission
